<\/a>I.          Commencement of Arbitration: Case Filing Stage<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  1. Any party to a dispute may submit a completed Request for Arbitration to commence an arbitration process.
    1. Case Manager reviews the filing documents.<\/li><\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. If Case Manager determines to accept, a confirmation is sent, otherwise the Request is declined.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        <\/a>II.       Case Initiation Stage<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Arbitrator(s) selected and invited to serve.\n
            \n
          1. Arbitrator(s) reviews case information, checks for conflicts of interest and returns signed oath, with disclosures, if any.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            <\/a>III.     Arbitrator Appointment Stage<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Parties notified of appointed Arbitrator.
              1. Objections to appointed Arbitrator due date set.
                1. If objection received, party opinions are gathered and decision is announced<\/li><\/ol>
                  1. If removed, back to Step II;<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n
                      \n
                    1. If Arbitrator confirmed, continue to Step IV.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                      <\/a>IV.     Preliminary Hearing Conference Call Stage<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
